Who we are
RiotPix is a bulk rental and hardware sales service for DVD and Blu-Ray movies and shows, operated at riotpix.com. Contact: looter@riotpix.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address and the page you signed up from.
- Find A Movie requests: the title, actor, director, or series you're looking for, plus optionally your name, email, and format preference.
- Server logs: your IP address, request URL, timestamp, user agent, and referring page. Kept for security and abuse prevention.
We do not run third-party analytics, ad networks, or session recorders on this site.
What we do with it
- Prioritize what we stock based on what visitors ask for.
- Notify you by email if you asked us to when a requested title becomes available.
- Send you the newsletter you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We never sell or share your details with third parties.
Retention
Newsletter records stay until you unsubscribe. Movie-request records stay for as long as they are useful to building the catalog - typically two years - after which they are deleted or anonymized. Server logs roll off after 30 days.
